FULL TIME POSITIONS
Facilities Team Member
The Facilities Team Member supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining all aspects of the facility, including buildings, equipment, vehicles, furniture, and grounds, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a specialty in at least one area of facility maintenance—with carpentry being particularly valued—while also being competent in other general maintenance tasks. Candidates with other areas of expertise are encouraged to apply.
Group Ministry Coordinator
The Conference Coordinator is a full-time, year-round position which plays a crucial role as part of the group ministry team. This position will develop and maintain relationships with churches and parachurch organizations, play an active role in group conferences including planning, information sharing, and execution, and will work alongside the rest of the staff to uphold the mission of Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center.

Executive Working Chef
The Executive Working Chef fills a vital leadership role at Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center and is a full-time, year-round position. The Food Service Manager must be fully committed to the mission of Tuscarora, to the task of maintaining a Christ-like environment in the kitchen, dining room, and Snack Shop, and to motivate and direct their staff to excellence and success. This individual should also have a desire to stay current with new menu trends and current nutritional information.

Dining Room Supervisor
The Dining Room Supervisor is a full-time year round position at Tuscarora. The primary purpose of the position is to manage the dining room, employees, volunteers, and guests. Their contribution to the organization will carry a special emphasis on consistent guest service excellence while striving to exceed their expectations. The dining room supervisor works closely with the summer staff, summer staff supervisor, Conference Attendants and the Food Service Manager.

Grounds Team Member
- Full or part time available 
- Housing provided for the summer 
- Pay based on experience

Lifeguard
- Maintain swimming safety at the Tuscarora pool and during riverfront activities 
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required 
- Open and close Tuscarora pool and contribute to maintenance

PART TIME POSITIONS
Housekeeping
- Responsible for cleaning Guest Rooms and Public Areas

- Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare drinks, meals, and beverages

Receptionist (day & night shifts including weekends)
- Attend to the needs of the guest in person or on the phone 
- Perform tasks as assigned including, typing, filing and assisting with individual reservations

- Maintain cleanliness of all meeting areas 
- Deliver and set-up snacks to meeting rooms
