FAQ’s

• How much does the retreat cost?

  Retreat pricing varies depending on your room type and whether you choose single, double, or triple (or more) occupancy. This helps make the retreat affordable while giving you flexibility in how you’d like to stay. Full pricing details are available on the registration form.

• What's the deposit policy?

  A $100 deposit holds your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. The full balance is due one month before the retreat begins.

• Are meals included?

  Yes! All meals are included in your registration.

• When do I need to pay in full for my registration?

  October 6 - one month before the retreat.

• What happens if I need to cancel my registration?

  We hope you won’t need to cancel, but we understand that plans can change. Cancellations made up to two weeks before the retreat will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within two weeks of the event are not refundable, as preparations for your stay will already be in place.

• Do I need a group to attend?

  Not at all—many women register on their own and quickly feel right at home! We also love welcoming women’s ministry groups who want to attend together. To register as a group, simply call us at (570) 897-6000 ext. 300.

• What should I bring?

  Everything you would bring for a typical weekend away! We will provide linen and towels for your use!

  Plus your Bible, an open heart, and a big appetite!

• What if I have a special diet request?

  We are happy to accommodate any medically necessary dietary needs you have! Please fill out a Special Diet Request Form two weeks prior to your arrival.
