Full retreat prices based on lodging selected in registration.  The retreat begins Friday with dinner buffet (6-7:30 PM) and ends after midday dinner (12pm) on Sunday.

FAQ’s

• How much does the retreat cost?

  Retreat pricing varies depending on your room type and whether you choose single, double, or triple (or more) occupancy. This helps make the retreat affordable while giving you flexibility in how you’d like to stay. General pricing is based on double occupancy and varies from $218-$352. For single occupancy, rates are 35% upcharge for lodging portion of stay. Single Occupancy prices range from $218-$292. Full pricing details are available on the registration form.

• When do I need to pay in full for my reservations?

  September 2 - one month before the retreat.

• What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

  We hope you won’t need to cancel, but we understand that plans can change. Cancellations made up to two weeks before the retreat will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within two weeks of the event are not refundable, as preparations for your stay will already be in place.

• Do I need a group to attend?

  Not at all—many men register on their own and quickly feel right at home! We also love welcoming men’s ministry groups who want to attend together. To register as a group, simply call us at (570) 897-6000 ext. 300.

• What should I bring?

  Everything you would bring for a typical weekend away! We will provide linen and towels for your use!

  Plus your Bible, an open heart, and a big appetite!

• What if I have a special diet request?

  We are happy to accommodate any medically necessary dietary needs you have! Please fill out a Special Diet Request Form two weeks prior to your arrival.

• Will there be a golf tournament this year?

  We’re always looking for new ways to keep our retreats fresh and meaningful. While we won’t be holding a golf tournament this year, we’re excited to offer Thursday night stays for just $25. Arrive early and choose how you’d like to spend the day—join an on-campus service project, explore local activities, or simply enjoy a day of spiritual rest and renewal before the retreat begins.

• Can I extend my stay?

  Tuscarora is offering a $25 rate for anyone who wants to come up on Thursday, September 25 to relax, volunteer, or enjoy local attractions. Breakfast included.
